it works like this: u go @ the log in menu in starcraft then "password recovery" and they send u an automatic e-mail to the email u registered your account then u must send the same email back to them and they send u a new email with a password. this all is working automatically and takes max 1-2 minutes to recover your password. just for the information :-)
