It's bullshit, he didn't know.. and he said sorry, and even said he wouldn't report the game + there was no clear winner, i mean giving hardy the win was going too far, but giving him the abuser tag too, is just over the limit, no SHIT!

I understand that since he is your fellow clan member then you have to defend him, but everyone will agree with this flagging. It is pure common sense to know that using Mind Control on a player that is observing would not be allowed. If Marine is that stupid to "not know", then he doesn't deserve to play in this league ever again.
