i dont like the idea of removing units, they should just add more.  Sure the more units there is the harder it is to balance and its hard to make all units useful, but seeing carriers go makes me sad =(

I'm a Terran player, and I can tell you right now that the shredder is gonna be a bullshit unit.
Of course I'll love using it, but I'll feel a little bit guilty for it.  so imba.

One thing I think they might do, however, is prevent so many base races in pro games. Removing the counter attack option (or making it too costly) will force players who would normally counter attack to engage the terran push. This will ultimately produce players with a better sense of where to engage, and highlight a lot of terrain based maneuvers. things like roach drops on tanks or rine clusters and cool shit like that will be good to see as they emerge.

suffice to say, it'll be quite interesting to see all of this unfold.

PS I hope shredders damage air units too.  xD
