	I noticed that my 17 and 12 lvl teams cannot excercise as often as <10 lvl teams, so I think it may be intentional (to make leveling up harder) Squelch Blog PM[Up/Down] 1,234 charisma points

	Delay goes up every 10 levels, as follows.. Levels 1-10: Every 1 hour 11-20: 2 hours [..] 71-80: 8 hours 81-90: 9 hours 91-99: 10 hours Squelch Blog PM[Up/Down] 1,234 charisma points
