Well i've start using alot of hotkeys not a long time ago and i am still wondering what are the best matchups of hotkeys/units and what is to, or not to hotkey.
I have some problem with ran while im hotkeying my 2 or 3 CC and racks for pumping rines, i have the feeling sometimes im just getting slower doing hotkeys. I APM is barely upon 100 so yea i would like some tips in order to get faster, how you use ur hotkeys and what do you hotkey depending on races n units??? Thx |

OK, this is when i use Hotkey's.
# When i scout with my Worker, i hotkey that, so i can scout base's easily, without Selecting the Actual Unit. # Temps / Drops # Workers # Hotkey My Mass's for better unit Control, for Flanking, mass Stim, or mass Micro # Hotkey Important unit's like, if i'm going 2 Nuke i'll hotkey my Ghost's so i don't missplace them  aKa ~ WiSh.ProDigY / kadaj[FF] |

mmm i do this:
long game: 1234 miners to dodge 56 to storm 8 for observer (in bw) 9 for main 0 for dropship the 8 and 9 i dont use em in all games in short game i use 123 for units and 4 for main  |

if ur really interested in this...and it is important..... DL adv loader...and DL the replays of some good players...and if u click on the numbers..u can see wat they hotkey... or so they tell me :P i dont use adv

OK thanks. I have ADV but for some reasons its always fuckin up.... At the very first second that I open it it says that "The program as encounter an error and needs to be closed." I tried many times to reinstall but it still doing the same shit.
It was working btw be4 for 2 weeks or so. Any1 else have this problem?? |

sometimes when i start up adv it says that it isn't responding, but i can click launch anyways and it works
oh and for hotkeys i just use them for flanking, temp drops, and scanners altho sometimes if im getting raped by drops ill hotkeys like 24 of them

I barely hotkey. Too much effort, generally my hands work fast enuf

just to let you know..you can hotkey areas on the map too.. shift + f2/f3/f4.but you have to click on one of your buildings in the area

hotkey areas of the maPO-o...seems awful useless...takes too much time...and it sounds like u can just hotkey the building... not sure what ur doing diff...aside from harder buttons to reach

not really, if you try it.. its like scrolling your mouse.. or clicking on the minimap takes a bit more time than just hitting f2/f3 and hotkeying buildings you have to hold the number down..takes about 1 more second :P

i always hotkey my scouts...i also use the shift command on the scouts to each base, but i usually end up manually controlling them, if i got time.

i been having the same problem with my adv loader. when i launch it it says Memory error or some shit. can someone help me figure it out? is some settings oir something wrong u think?
