We need to know if you're talking Zerg with choke or without.

Without choke, you want to build up a decent force with a 3-4 Gateway Mass, and cannon with your muscle, which will be 12-18 zealots. Lings are weak, a Z won't be able to mess with that many zealots, so they will try to either lure you back to their sunkens or hunt your probe. Micro your zealots to stay back at the pylon, protect your probe, and have the zealots protect the cannons that are warping in. As soon as you are done with those cannons, get 2gas @ your main and start teching for reaver. That should handle a non-choking Z pretty well, just don't forget to continue massing..

Against a choking Zerg, your only chance of cannoning him is mid-build. 2-3 gate + Forge asap, pylon @ choke as soon as you scout. You should be able to get 2-3 zealots before or around the same time their first sunken is out, so target it and get 1-2 cannons where you built your pylon (At his choke). That should take care of it if they aren't too good and ling you up. =D
