Point out at which points you think he hacks. Its hard for an Admin to go in cold and find hacking. You know what points were suspicious to you, let the admins know and they'll watch them.

freaken aye man... ummm sends the ol.. left side cuz he lknows im there... then he dosent make no more sunkens.. cuz he knows ima drop.. so he make quicker units instead... i just know he hacks trust me.. like i said he wont get caught today but soon he will...

well i played him two times both of them look suspicious... i know hes smurf and a hacker.. man.. i havent looked at his other reps.. but i know he hacks.. somone neeeds to do the suppicsous thing on him...
