everything im about to say is much easier said then done...and i cant do it most of the time myself BUT here it is neways...uhh the super pros go 2 rack acad...i go 3 rack acad...so if u see a fast scout..anticipate a midbuild..u could send a scout to the mid if u wanna make sure...put a bunk at ur choke..and newhere else a probe is building pylons...if u can, kill the probe with rines..or a few scvs... once ur acad is dun building make bats instead of rines...if u have a decent amount of rines..micro and kill any zealots..if u dont..u can either hide around ur racks and wait for more rines..or attack with like 3 scvs/rines.... remember to check all around ur base in case thers a probe making cannons in like ur corner.... Also..if u do get cannoned..u could always send a firebat out to the enemy base and kill probes..cuz alot of the times ther not defended b/c of the midbuild

its called the more bax u got the marines u will hav to stop the rush mricoin is how u stop it and then make sure there out of your bace and do one of 2 things Fact or triple

I can barely stop that, only reason I do stop it if the player is a noob....
Make bunkers in front of base...get bats....and that's all I can say.
I can stop the zealots but the cannon is a pain....so I really don't know, watch some reps of some pros.

Meh, I guess the bunker would work but it's going to slow down your TvZ(if you happen to get the m/u) and chances are the toss will have a zealot there before your bunker finishes(if they're good).

I personally go 3 racks for TvP and TvZ and get gas after first barrack finished. This leaves it open to do decent in both m/u's. Trick is to try and kill the probe without losing many marines. If you kill that first probe your chances just went up to holding the cpush by a good 15%. If you kill the 2nd one it's BEYOND easy to hold it. Basically, as soon as I see midbuild I get 2 bunkers, one infront of CC and one behind. This is where the multitasking comes in. You need to be able to micro while trying to kill probe, while pumping, and while building/upgrading(stim/range/seige). I'd suggest building factory behind CC so it's easy to stack repair(both bunkers/factory).

Edit: Pure micro probably won't work vs good people. If you pull back your rines to micro, chances are they'll do the same with zealots considering their whole purpose is just stall until cannons are made.

if u get scouted early by probe, u should go 3~4 rax... fast bats can be bad if they get up 1 can... just keep pumping rines and try not to lose any.

kadaj, that's because you CAN'T expand half the time. Usually they send zealots in to check for any extra buildings on the side and kill scv's and what not.

I have seen that a lot in the reps I dl here. The only problem is actually doing it X_X
TvZ is not a problem with me a whole lot, but TvP is where I struggle. Just last year I learned how to stop zealot rushes from huge amount to small amount that are effective. But back then I had someone to train me, so to do this I would have to play a lot of TvP against good people with a lot of losses :D

Yea, it took me a few weeks to get the hang of it. But then against I stuck with 1 strat to get it done(3 racks). I'd advice just playing mass 1v1's. You'll get TvP against noobs and good players. Of course you'll lose a lot, but the wins you get will give you quite a bit of confidence. My favorite thing in the whole game is stopping a cpush and pulling a win and stopping carriers and pulling a win.
