Anyone want to go with me?
If you haven't been following along with Blizzard's news lately, here is what happened.. August 11th - BlizzCon tickets went on sale and within the first 30 minutes of announcement the site crashed, leaving thousands of orders unplaced. August 12th - The BlizzCon site was fixed and tickets were open again, but quickly sold out in a matter of minutes. Sometime after that the President of Blizzard said he was sorry for the technical difficulties that happened and for the inconvenience for anyone that wanted to buy a ticket but missed out. So he announced a random drawing of 1,500 Blizzard accounts, out of the 10+ million accounts they have, of which those selected accounts would be eligible to buy up to a maximum of 2 tickets for BlizzCon. Guess what? Yours truly got EXTREMELY lucky! Proof: http://vgcache.com/images/82 Of course I'll probably get one for myself, but I don't know if my girlfriend wants the other ticket, so any takers?
