Tired of the public service announcements that are sent to you via PM on a regular basis? Well, being disgruntled no further because now you can choose to opt out of receiving them.  No longer will you be bothered* by announcements such as new issues of The Fastest Possible or information on topics that don't regard you.  To toggle this addition, proceed to edit your account's notices tab here:

* There may still be some rare occasions where the PSA is very important and will override the opt-out option.

You should try to optimize this.  Make it so you can select what kind of PSA'S you want.  I.E: League, event, general chit chat and all that stuff
