You're typing like you are drunk so I'll excuse your ignorance this time. :)
Although that may be true, it has been said that genetics only account for roughly 10% of your predisposition. Everything else is diet and exercise. Granted, some people have psychological dependencies that would prevent people from getting in shape. Most people have little excuse for being in such a position that it can damage your health.
I'm not trying to make excuses for obese people. I know that there are some out there who couldn't care less about their health and what not, but really that's not how all overweight/obese people are. I know, personally, a couple of overweight people who try very hard to lose weight, but they just can't do it. They'll work out for 2 hours every day for a week and lose maybe a pound or two. But then again I do know some who eat fast food every day and don't even attempt to eat just a little bit healthier.
