 As we prepare for the launching of the twentieth season of the Vile Gaming Tour things seems to be as top-notch as ever. Some great changes are on the horizon and other things are in the workings as always. The most notable change that will come about on Sunday, March 8th at 12:01am Pacific Time will be the return of the Vile Amateur League (VAL). The Vile Amateur League is a league geared towards the Low Money side of Starcraft. While specific details pertaining to the maps have not yet been released, we anticipate a season kick-off news release shortly. Users that are looking for information on VGT20 and VAL3 should refer here. Over the past two weeks I have pondered a couple questions as we head into VGT20 and VAL3. Feel free to discuss them. 1.) Even though I gave some crap to Sh)i(ne[VcK] and xS.HaRDy in the off-season, they are still some of the biggest names around. Can either of them rebound from a rather rough VGT19? 2.) Will Pro]Marine- follow up his successful VGT19 and come out victorious this season? 3.) S)i(N[VcK] reset late in the season even though he was considered the favorite by many to win the Starcraft ladder. Will VGT20 be his season? 4.) xS.JinChuuriKi was the only Starcraft player to achieve the S rank and brushed off the competition by putting 1,000 points between him and the field. Can he repeat this feat? 5.) Can Pro]Knives- back up an extremely successful VGT19 in which he won the Brood War title and placed fifth in the Starcraft ladder with something equally as impressive? 6.) Who will emerge as contenders for the VAL3 title? |

Since you don't know Val history, Kelly[VcK] dominated, but it was mostly Muve[VcK] aka Muve[XgK] that was the dominant VaL player. Kelly went back to low money tmk, leaving Muve the favourite to win Val3, Pro]Butterfly- may challenge him for this position, and ThinkAboutIt aka nate will also give him a run for his money, should he choose to participate. As well, if Dro can get SilenT.Jewel- to play low money, he could be another contender. gO)Bless was the leader of a decently known clan in the low community. His low money skills may jump start him to a top 5 placement. Currently he is playing Low Money @ West. TMK |
