I recently found out about the pandora battery, and was thinkin about downgrading to some custom firmware..but im scared to brick my psp.  Anyone familiar with this?

i have a PSP original fat battery.

yes there is a way.  you need to create a pandora battery/ magic memory stick.  you gotta do alotta research and make sure you download the right file and shit.  it's a pain though, but you can do it.  it took me a week to figure it out.  GL

did you just dl the file, or did you go through the process of opening your battery apparently theres two ways to do it.  seems to me opening the battery has more of a chance to brick it.

i got a friend who opened the battery n cut something inside the battery, but it didn't work.  the battery ended up dead.  He might've done something wrong idk, but i heard it works for some other people.  but i prefer dling the files cuz that's wat i do.

yea i bought a new battery.  you can also make a pandora battery and then revert it to a normal 1.  i am not sure how it can be done.  but people said you can.
