I love how he calls 'Push-Ups', 'Press-Ups'. It sounds so much better...

Also, the only thing that I will do in this video is the running part since it seems it can build a lot of speed.
On a side note, when ever you lift something from the ground, NEVER lift with your back.  You will completely ruin your back like that over the years.  Trust me I have seen some people that are in their 40's and can't lift many things due to their back hurting.
