If you're going to report someone as a hacker use the "Reported!" section along with this format: http://vilegaming.com/forums.x/topics/6024

Also provide proof/reasons as to why you think they are hacking.

its amazing how many people use the wrong format for reporting people and have no idea that they should report people in the reported section.
